KZX-600 Pump Test Bench Controller

KZX-600 is the control panel for the spray box of a diesel pump test bench. Six red LED displays show box temperature, inlet temperature, outlet temperature, air pressure in bar, spray number and speed in rpm at the same time.

Set points go in with the TEM SET, NUM SET and SPD SET keys, and the bottom row runs the sequence (COUNT, PAUSE, RUN, STOP), forward and reverse, plus and minus, manual and auto. On the rear panel the three CS connectors take the sensor and signal cables, and the air pressure channel is trimmed with the ZERO and FULL screws.

On the panel

• Six displays: box temp, inlet temp, outlet temp, air pressure, spray number, speed

• Setting keys TEM SET, NUM SET, SPD SET with a digit pad

• Run keys COUNT, PAUSE, RUN, STOP

• Forward and reverse, plus and minus, manual and auto keys

• Temperature keys TEM SET and TEM SW

• Rear panel with power switch, 1 A fuse, CS1 to CS3 connectors and air zero and press full trims
