ES619 Pump Test Bench Controller

ES619 is the control panel for the spray box of a diesel pump test bench. Six red LED displays show tank temperature, inlet oil temperature, outlet oil temperature, air pressure in MPa, spray count and speed in r/min at the same time.

Set points go in with the Temp Set, Count set and Speed Set keys, and the bottom row runs the sequence (Count, Pause, Run, Stop), forward and reverse, plus and minus, manual and auto. The side panel carries the power switch, the fuse and the round connectors for the oil temperature probe and the pressure signal.

On the panel

• Setting keys Temp Set, Count set, Speed Set with a digit pad

• Run keys Count, Pause, Run, Stop

• Forward and reverse, plus and minus, manual and auto keys

• Side panel with power switch, fuse, two round connectors and two sensor sockets
