CRP850 is a bench unit that drives common rail pumps on their own, without the vehicle harness. Pump type, control mode and rail pressure are set on the panel, and the LCD shows live rail pressure and pump speed.
It runs a Bosch, Denso, Delphi or JIER pump in open loop by output percentage, or in closed loop against a pressure target up to 180 MPa, so a pump that will not hold pressure can be isolated before it goes back on the engine.
Pump type CP1, CP2, CP3, HP0, HP3, HP4, JIER, DELPHI
Open loop control 0 to 99.99 percent, closed loop 0 to 180 MPa
Counting timer 0 to 180 seconds with a count switch input
Pump state OFF, PrON, ON from the ON/OFF button
Rail pressure sensor input with speed or cylinder detection
PID and rail calibration in the settings menu
