CPN Common Rail Pump Tester

CPN is a bench top tester for high pressure common rail pumps. Eight mode buttons set the unit for a pump family, and the two displays show metering valve opening and current rail pressure up to 2000 Bar at the same time.

A pump that has just been rebuilt can be run and its rail pressure watched against the set point before it goes back on the engine, so a sticking metering valve or a weak pressure regulator shows up in the workshop instead of on the road.

On the front panel

• Left display: metering valve opening

• Right display: current rail pressure in Bar

• Set point adjusted with the side knob

• Power switch with indicator
