BEI-B Multifunctional Common Rail Diesel System Tester CRI EUI EUP HEUI Simulator
Product IntroductionThe BEI-B Diesel System Multifunctional Tester is a powerful control unit designed to diagnose and calibrate a wide variety of modern diesel injection systems. Unlike standalone test benches, the BEI-B is designed to be connected to a mechanical pump test bench , utilizing the mechanical bench's drive power while providing the electronic control signals.
Core Capabilities:Common Rail Mastery: Tests Solenoid and Piezo injectors & pumps (Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, CAT, Cummins), including pumps with dual ZME metering units.
EUI/EUP Expert: capable of testing Bosch, CAT, Cummins, and Delphi unit injectors/pumps. Supports advanced models like Delphi E3 (Double Solenoid) and Cummins M11 (Double Pulsing).
Advanced Coding: Generates coding for all major brands (Bosch IQA/IMA/ISA, Denso QR, Delphi I2C/I3C, Siemens IIC, Cummins XPI).
Precision Diagnostics: Features BIP (Begin of Injection Period) testing, injector response time measurement, resistance/inductance checking, and AHE (Armature Lift) testing.
Expandable Versatility (Optional): Can be upgraded to test HEUI systems, CAT 320D pumps, VP37/VP44/RED4 electronic pumps, and even Cummins HPI/PT systems.

BEI-B Multifunctional Common Rail Diesel System Tester CRI EUI EUP HEUI Simulator Advantage
Flexible Deployment: The BEI-B can work with a standard measuring cup system on your existing mechanical bench, or be upgraded with an Optional Fuel Measuring Box for fully automatic digital measurement.
All-in-One Solution: One device covers almost all electronic diesel systems, from Common Rail to EUI/EUP and optional HEUI/VP pumps, reducing the need for multiple devices.
Original Data Standard: The test plans are consistent with original factory data, ensuring dealership-level accuracy.
Smart Software: Features an open database allowing users to add new part numbers. The system supports Automatic Network Upgrades , ensuring your data and functions are always up to date.
Comprehensive Electrical Testing: Goes beyond flow testing by analyzing the electrical health of the injector (Resistance, Inductance, Capacitance) and solenoid movement (AHE/BIP).
