The NC101 is a dual-mode test bench for electric air-conditioning compressors used on new energy vehicles. It supplies a regulated DC bus up to 650 V, drives the compressor through enable, CAN or LIN, and measures discharge pressure, temperatures and insulation in one pass, so a workshop can prove a compressor good or bad without refitting it to a vehicle. For remanufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers it turns every unit into a measured record instead of a road test.
DC high-voltage output 0-650 V / 30 A for direct-drive electric compressors
DC low-voltage output 0-30 V / 25 A for control boards and signal supply
Two-stage pre-charge sequence to bring the DC bus up without inrush damage
Automatic self-discharge after power failure, before any high-voltage connector is touched
Insulation detection at 5 MΩ
AC and DC leakage and overload protection
Compressor speed adjustment from the front panel
Start through common enable, CAN or LIN port; external dedicated driver or computer connection supported
Industrial PC human-machine interface with preset test drivers for common compressor families
Built for compressor repair and testing, parts and assembly manufacturers, and durability testing
Air mode - electric over-pressure protection at 8 kg and mechanical relief at 10 kg, with electric exhaust and manual oil drain. Fast screening of pumping performance before any refrigerant is involved.
A/C system mode - vacuum function and refrigerant recovery, with electronically controlled high and low pressure protection. Simulates the compressor working inside a real air-conditioning circuit.
Five digital readouts: atmospheric temperature, compressed exhaust temperature, compressed air temperature, evaporator temperature, evaporator motor speed
Four analogue gauges: air pressure, compressor high pressure, compressor low pressure, vacuum pressure
Compressor speed control with high and low adjustment
DC low-pressure, enable and communication panel with CAN-H, CAN-L and LIN terminals
DC high-voltage output adjustment with independent 0-650 V and 0-30 V displays
Illuminated selector switches for refrigeration, insulation abnormality, A/C pressure warning, air pressure warning, level 1 and level 2 pre-charge, refrigerant test, vacuum, exhaust, on/off and power supply
Touch screen terminal showing live test status
A reliable and complete ground line is mandatory before power-up
The bench carries both AC mains and DC high voltage; local high-voltage working rules apply
Air pipeline pressure must not exceed 1 MPa; A/C system piping must be rated for at least 25 MPa
Pre-charging must not exceed 20 seconds; cut the power switch immediately after the test and let the bench self-discharge before disconnecting high-voltage connectors
Regular maintenance and inspection of the circuit and piping is part of the operating procedure
Electric and hybrid vehicle A/C compressor repair and verification
Incoming inspection of compressors returned under warranty
End-of-line performance testing for compressor manufacturers
Durability and endurance testing with repeatable, recorded test points
