Carter Pump Common Rail Pump Tester

This Carter pump tester runs a CAT 320D pump, a HEUI pump and the common Bosch, Denso and Delphi common rail pumps on the bench. Two pump ZME drives plus one rail pressure signal channel keep the pump running, and the 7 inch touch screen shows the live values.

The CAT 320D channel works in closed loop on rail pressure, other pump types run in open loop, and the CAT 320 pump data is stored on the unit and can be edited. A built in flow meter is available as an option for flow measurement.
