BK2000 Woodward Governor Test Bench is a specialized calibration station designed for testing and adjusting various hydraulic and electronic speed governors, particularly Woodward models. Powered by a 3.7KW AC motor and controlled via a programmable PLC with a 7-inch touch screen , it ensures precise speed regulation and data monitoring.
The bench is uniquely equipped with a 3x speed multiplier , allowing the test speed to expand from a standard 2500 RPM to a maximum of 7500 RPM , making it suitable for high-speed governor applications.

The BK2000 Governor Test Bench is a professional offline calibration station , designed to test and adjust governors away from the prime mover (engine or turbine). It provides a safe and precise environment for correcting governor parameters before installation.

The bench is fully compatible with a wide range of Woodward hydraulic governors and actuators (standard base and drive shaft), including but not limited to:
UG Series: UG-8, UG-32, UG-40

Other Series: 3161, SG, PSG, LSG-10, EG-3, EG-10, TG-13

3. Expandable Capability:
For governors or actuators with non-standard bases, output shafts, or models not listed above, custom auxiliary adapters can be added to the BK2000 to extend its testing capabilities. Versatile Speed Range: Operates at 200-2500 RPM natively, and up to 7500 RPM with the integrated gearbox (Accuracy ±1 RPM).
Precision Pneumatics: Features three sets of dual-scale (MP/PSI) mechanical gauges (150mm dial) with 0.25 accuracy and SMC precision regulating valves.
Hydraulic System: Provides adjustable pressure (0-0.8MP) and temperature control (Room temp to 60°C) with a 26L tank.
Electrical Testing: Includes a 0-1000mA current source and a 0-110V DC power supply for testing electronic actuators.
User-Friendly Design: Ergonomic 900mm working height and intuitive digital/analog display combination.
